About UniUnity

Built for the part of studying abroad no brochure explains.

UniUnity is a student-support concept centred on one idea: adaptation becomes easier when people can begin with a familiar connection and then access practical help as they settle into a new country.

The thinking behind UniUnity

International students often arrive with academic plans in place but without a dependable social and everyday support layer. Existing social platforms offer scale but little structure for adaptation, while university buddy programs can be limited to individual campuses and mentorship formats.

UniUnity brings peer discovery, messaging and practical support together. The product vision starts by helping students find peers from the same nationality, then expands into language, cooking, safety and other adaptation-oriented services.

No fear of judgementConnect around shared adaptation challenges.
Instant cultural bondingStart with people who understand familiar references.
Shared experiencesLearn from students facing similar local realities.
Supportive friendship networkBuild a social circle beyond purely academic contact.
Product & access model

The current concept combines a one-time registration fee, credits and subscription-based access, with additional credits for selected services.

  • Planned registration: ₹10,000, inclusive of 3 months free subscription.
  • Planned included credits: 5,000 C.
  • Planned subscription: ₹3,000/month, varying by country.
  • Language & cooking courses: basic from 2,500 C; intermediate from 3,500 C.
What makes it different

The platform is positioned between broad social networks and campus-specific buddy programs.

  • Peer connection is the primary entry point.
  • Same-nationality discovery is prioritised.
  • Social and practical adaptation tools live together.
  • The product is designed to evolve through user feedback.
Long-term growth vision

UniUnity's growth plan extends beyond direct student acquisition into partnerships and new services.

  • Student ambassador programs.
  • Study-abroad counselor and agency partnerships.
  • University and institution partnerships.
  • Expansion into high-growth student markets.
  • Future services such as mental-health support and cultural integration events.

Founder

Ayush Agarwal

UniUnity is founded by Ayush Agarwal around a straightforward belief: international students should not have to figure out the social and practical side of moving abroad entirely on their own. The brand is being shaped around familiar peer connections first, with broader adaptation support designed around real student needs.
